A Step Forward Link to A step forward- A pack of 12 walks in Ashfield, Mansfield and Newark & Sherwood for those who may not wish to walk in a group. A Step Forward has been produced using the same criteria as the Break Free packs and each walk shows the surface and gradient of paths, facilities available and location of stiles, gates and steps. Certain sections of each route allow walkers to walk a little faster in order to increase their heart rate.
